Richard Paessler

My name is Richard Paessler, and I am the President of Telarray. I joined the firm in 2011 as the Chief Compliance Officer and transitioned to my current role in 2017.
During this chaotic year, I have been focused on ensuring that our organization can continue to provide the level of service that you deserve while maintaining the health and safety of all staff. We continue to look ahead and invest in both the people and technology that will help us provide you the best investment and financial advice possible. I see my role as an act of service to our people at Telarray and to you, and I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated and focused team.
Helping develop young talent in Memphis, especially business talent, has become a passion of mine, which is why I have served as a mentor at the Memphis Institute of Leadership Education (MILE) and am currently involved with the Fogelman College of Business Professional Development Center at the University of Memphis. I began this fall serving on the Board of Trustees for Lausanne Collegiate School, where my son Lucas is a first-grader.
I live in Arlington, Tennessee, with my partner, Kelly, and our 6-month-old daughter, Jane. In my free time, my idea of paradise is spending time with my head in a book; I recently finished the Dune series by Frank Herbert. I also enjoy the outdoors and time with my family.
