As our valued client, you know your Advisor well, but at Telarray, we have many skilled professionals who work behind the scenes, helping build your financial future.
Today you’ll meet the Client Services Department, which includes Director of Client Services Brandy Wagner, Client Services Specialist Marieme Sambe, and Client Services Specialist Heather Gillespie.
What does your department do?
We fulfill our client’s needs and communicate with both our clients and the Advisors all day, every day. We prepare documents and handle any type of monetary requests between accounts or with outside bank accounts. Also, we are notaries, which is an additional resource for our clients.
How did the pandemic reshape your work?
The pandemic didn’t change our work much, though it made it more important to stay organized and communicate well. We came to the office to take care of things we couldn’t do from home, like check the mail and process documents. During the pandemic, our workload increased; a lot of people were stuck at home, which gave them a chance to think about their investments.
What would your clients be surprised to know about your department?
They might be surprised at the level of detail in our work, and how much time and care we spend on the things we do. There are always at least two sets of eyes on everything. Our goal is to be quick and effective, with no mistakes for our clients. That’s really important to us. We also enjoy talking to them when they call or stop by the office. We care about our clients as much as they care about their portfolios, and we value the commitment that goes into helping them work toward their financial goals.
What’s on the horizon for your department?
We’re always making process improvements and learning about new technology – we’re hoping that we might even be paperless one day. We also spend time on professional development; both Marieme and Heather are studying for their Series 65 certification.
