Cordia Kuykendall

Receptionist

My name is Cordia Kuykendall, and I joined the team at Telarray as the receptionist in 2019. I am a native Memphian, and I attended the University of Tennessee at Martin on a band scholarship; I played clarinet. I took a break to have my son and daughter, then decided to both get a job and go back to school.

Although it was difficult to work and go to school full-time, I made a promise to my late father that I would earn my degree. After much hard work, I graduated from the University of Phoenix, where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

My daily duties at Telarray include welcoming you to our office and assisting you while you are there. I answer your calls and direct you to the appropriate person, and I also aid other departments when necessary. Throughout the pandemic, our new internet-based phone system has allowed me to work from the comfort and safety of my home while I ensure that I am on the line to assist you whenever you need us.

Every day I look forward to hearing from you on the phone or seeing you in the office, and I am excited for the opportunity to continue to serve you.
