How did you get into financial planning and investing?

College at the University of Memphis provided an environment that drove me to build and achieve my educational and professional goals. After graduation, I was adamant about transitioning to a financial career where like-minded people would surround me, and was grateful to be hired by Telarray as a Client Services Specialist. Four years later, I still consider myself blessed to be among these very talented individuals.

What is your greatest career success?

My greatest success is continuously learning and growing in my role at Telarray, and my most significant achievement is teaching others what I have learned.

What has been the most significant learning experience in your career?

I communicate regularly with our clients, Advisors, and Charles Schwab, which has taught me how to protect and fulfill our client’s financial and estate planning goals. Since I am also working to achieve my own financial goals, I pass along the things I learn through my work to my children and use it to help my co-workers. I work hard to keep improving.

When people you have worked with talk about you, what do they say?

I hope that they think that I am willing to learn as much as they can teach me. I love to ask questions so that I understand the needs of our clients and the processes necessary to fulfill each goal and objective.
